Coordination

The aim objective of WP1 is to coordinate all scientific activities of the project and lead the administrative organization as well as to supervise the timely reporting of milestones and ANR deliveries. In particular, WP1 ensures that the activities of the other WPs are carried out according to the plan and the budget, organize the kick-off event and the regular 6-monthly meetings, and coordinate the preparation of the ANR reports. Together with the other partners, WP1 pursues the recruitment and training of non-permanent staff (assistant engineers, PhD students, postdocs and master’s students). WP1 also promotes valorization and dissemination activities, by populating the project website with images and content and coordinating the outreach activities dedicated to scholars and the general public. WP1 organizes the final international workshop at LSCE. The kick-off meeting has been hosted by LSCE in May 2023 and has provided a detailed overview of the main project goals, WPs tasks and work plan. Partners will meet regularly every 6 months to discuss project progress, new results and any issues that may arise, and additional remote meetings will be scheduled at each milestone. A dedicated mailing list and Cloud ensure effective communication and file sharing among all partners.
